Our Green points

  1. Determination & innovation. We are a young company that in just ten years has rewritten the rules of the (cocktail/aperitivo/happy hour). From the “tough” neighborhood of San Salvario to the high rises of New York, supplying a pop solution in the name of drinking responsibly and high quality mixology.
  2. Territory & Internationality. Our products originate from our local territory and evolve, giving life to cosmopolitan drinks and dishes. From the revival of historical brands like the famous vermouth of Turin to the creation of new products, now considered industry icons, like our Sake “Nero” (black sake) and our “Taggiasco” Gin (Taggiasca olive gin),
  3. Suppliers from next door. At the roots of our philosophy is a “zero kilometer” locally sourced supply chain. We are constantly looking for new products to develop winning ideas. We select suppliers that we know well and trust completely.
  4. Made in Affini. Almost all of our cocktails are signature Affini inventions. We dream them up and we create them, perfectly combining innovation and empathy for consumers. They are imaginative and unrestrained tailor made drinks, far from the stereotypical, ordinary drinks.
  5. Plastic free. Affini was one of the first Italian institutions (bar/restaurant) to distinguish itself as “plastic free”. An environmental sensitivity ahead of our time in which each one of us makes sacrifices to benefit of all.
  6. All for one. Each one of us feels like an integral part of this project, and identifies themselves under the same brand. We are a team that works, grows, makes mistakes and wins all together. It isn’t easy to be Affini, but damn it feels great!
  7. The future is today. Everyday we design, we imagine and we launch ourselves towards new challenges. We have created drinks that have become trends, given a new face to dusty, tired brands. We were the first in Italy to come out with an aperitivo (cocktail/happy hour) delivery service during lockdown. Every one of our projects is a glimpse into the future.

What we offer in Green Pea

100Vini&Affini aims to provide visitors to Green Pea with a refreshment point that reflects theGreen Pea philosophy. The choice of the proposal and of our suppliers follows the philosophy of sustainable quality and territorial as much as possible, with particular attention to the concept of no waste: many of the materials commonly used for waste are reused as ingredients for dishes and drinks.
